Richard B. Cheney is an accomplished American businessman, politician and public servant. Cheney is a prominent figure within Washington politics has worked under four presidents of the US. George W. Dick Cheney is a former chief of the staff of an American President. He was also a member as a member of Congress as secretary of defense. Cheney is a man with integrity whom is admired by Republicans and Democrats. Cheney says he views his job as part of the administration of an honest but shrewd advisor to Bush. Cheney stated that, upon accepting the Republican nomination to vice-president Cheney was looking forward to being a part of a team that worked across party lines as well as with his political adversaries to achieve common goal. Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th January of 1941, in Lincoln Nebraska. Cheney moved in Casper, Wyoming with his family when he was 13. His dad, who was employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture was the director of the conservation district located in Casper.
