Jennifer Garner was born on April 17, 1972, from Houston, Texas but was raised to be raised in Charleston, West Virginia. William John Garner was her father. He was also a chemical engineer company called Union Carbide. Patricia Ann Garner, the mother of Patricia Ann, taught at an area college.
