Molly Tarlov has been an American actor since the year 2011 and is known best for playing Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward which is a drama for teens comedy show on television. Tarlov is the youngest daughter of two who was raised in Manhattan. At the age of 10 Tarlov was a character in the role of Mrs. Peterson as part of a Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was greatly praised by an audience comprised of seventh graders. The actress studied for a year in Paris in the prestigious NYU Tisch as well as spent the summers of her teen years studying Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College is where she received the Bachelor of Arts (theatre) and trained in many different forms of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company also trained her as she learned to to incorporate writing in to her performance during the LAByrinth Theater Masters Course. Molly exchanged her winter coat for dark sunglasses and headed to Los Angeles. Her quick rise to fame was when she landed a three word character on iCarly which attracted lots of interest from parents. Since then, she has appeared on television in numerous roles. In addition, she created the character Caitlin in Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly believes she's good at basketball, however she's not. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
